The Chairman and CEO of Mana Common, Moishe Mana, is a billionaire entrepreneur committed to
creating and improving neighborhoods. Arriving in the United States from an impoverished
neighborhood in Tel Aviv, Israel in the early 1980’s, Mana grew a small logistics business into a global
real estate empire. He began purchasing warehouse space leading him into the storage industry, where
eventually he created GRM, which remains one of the top three document management companies in
the US. It was not long before Mana realized that his actions as a business owner had a significant
impact on areas he operated, and that this activity could be harnessed to deliberately create an

Irene Walker is a catalyst for creating programs that combine the power of equity, education, and technology. Her dedication to empowering and advocating for communities of color grew through her Economic studies at the University of California Berkeley. She gained expertise in digital marketing and social media through her leadership roles as senior director at Yahoo!, Pandora Media and other major Fortune 500 companies.
In 2016, Irene joined Meta as the Head of Ads Education and in 2018, she built Elevate, a business development and community program to support the online growth of minority small business and creator communities in the US, Caribbean, and the UK. She leads this bold program and has touched over 2 million Black, LatinX + Hispanic entities worldwide. Born in the US Virgin Islands, Irene currently lives in Los Angeles, California with her family.
Jenny Fielding is the cofounder and Managing Partner at The Fund, a global founder community and pre-seed venture capital fund that has invested in over 200 companies. Previously, Jenny spent 7.5 years as the Managing Director at Techstars where she was the first check into a portfolio of companies with a current market cap of over $12 Billion. Jenny is a 2x founder, recovering lawyer, Kauffman Fellow and adjunct professor at Columbia University.

Ariel Jaduszliwer
Ariel is a Managing Partner at Brainstorm Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm that invests US and Mexican startups and whose portfolio includes unicorns such as Zappos, OpenTable, KIO Networks, and more recently Turing. Ariel is a Kauffman Fellow and Mentor. He was the Vice President of Pacific Community Management, a pioneering growth equity impact investment firm, and still sits on the boards of several of its portfolio companies. Ariel also serves on the board of Defy Ventures, a nonprofit that provides entrepreneurship training to incarcerated people. Ariel is the co-owner of Palau Moxó, an 18th century palace in Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter.
Previously, Ariel worked as a consultant at the Bridgespan Group, an affiliate of Bain & Company. He briefly led the United Nations Development Programme’s Growing Sustainable Business Initiative in Venezuela. Prior to business school, Ariel worked in various capacities at Intel Corporation. Ariel received his MBA from Wharton and holds BS and MS degrees in industrial engineering from UC Berkeley and Georgia Tech, respectively. Ariel is a native Spanish speaker and New Yorker.

Prior to joining Google, Alan worked at Microsoft on mobile phone technology.
