Premier the Hon. E. David Burt, JP, MP, is Bermuda’s youngest Premier. He is a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Information Systems. He was awarded The George Washington University Presidential Administrative Fellowship and received his Master of Science degree in Information Systems Development in 2003. Mr. Burt attained a Project Management Professional certification in 2009. He is also a licensed private pilot. An entrepreneur, Premier Burt started GMD Consulting Limited, an IT consulting company focusing on project management. He served as President since its inception until 2016 when he stepped down upon being appointed Leader of the Opposition. Premier Burt co-founded HITCH Limited and was the lead developer for the award winning HITCH Mobile App enabling Bermuda Residents to hail taxis. In the past, Premier Burt has served on the Tourism Board, National Training Board, as a Director of the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce, and has been a Director of the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation. Mr. Burt is also active in local and international public service and community organizations. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, the Western Stars Sports Club, and the Devonshire Recreation Club. Premier Burt and his wife Kristin have two children, Nia and Edward.

Min. Caines graduated Oakwood University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and a Minor in Political Science. He went on to obtain a Law Degree at the University of Kent, School of Law; and enrolled at the Royal Military Academy (Sandhurst), Territorial Army Officers Commissioning Course. Wayne was employed for seven years as a Crown Counsel with the Bermuda Department of Public Prosecutions. Minister Caines is the former Chief Executive Officer of Digicel Bermuda and CEO of SENIAC Consulting. Mr. Caines is the Minister of National Security, having administrative responsibility for the Bermuda Police Service, the Royal Bermuda Regiment, Bermuda Customs, the Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service, and the Bermuda Department of Corrections. His portfolio also includes the Department of ICT Policy and Innovation, E-Commerce and FinTech.

Scott is currently the CEO of SparkLabs Foundry, a technology platform which curates the best startups from around the world to accelerate corporate and government innovation needs. Scott has over 25 years of executive sales, ,marketing and operational leadership experience in consumer Internet, Fintech and enterprise SaaS companies. His key focus has been on helping early stage companies go from $0 to over $100M in revenue and helping to build A+ cross departmental teams at an operational level of excellence expected by management teams and boards. Scott has helped these companies raise over $200MM in debt and equity financing from many of Silicon Valley's top tier VC's and continue to personally invest in many of the companies he is affiliated with.

X. Eyee is a Blockchain Ambassador at Google & formely at Microsoft, where she worked with Fortune 500 companies to launch blockchain applications. She is also the Co-founder and CEO of Harvest, a blockchain inventory management tool and consumer rewards app for the cannabis industry. Jordan French is a combination of engineer, intellectual-property attorney, and dynamic creative with a penchant for rolling up his sleeves to market, connect, and build brands. Jordan French is best known as the cofounder of the 3D food printing pioneer with NASA origins, BeeHex. French worked for NASA's Mars Gravity Biosatellite Program in 2004 and 2005, which looked at bone loss rates in mice. Mousetronauts, as they were called, paved the way for NASA to look into food systems, spurring the groundbreaking work of Anjan Contractor, the inventor of NASA's first 3D food printer. French, named a "top growth hacker" by CIO magazine, helped break the market in fresh-food automation and the partnership between BeeHex and Donatos and Grote Company founder, Jim Grote. Chance Barnett is a technology entrepreneur, investor, and a pioneer in the equity crowdfunding industry who has provided leadership and input on new policy initiatives in finance and banking within the US and in foreign emerging markets. Major Smith retired from the Bermuda Regiment in 2008 after serving for 22 years. He has held a variety of positions in both the Civil Service and in the private sector, such as: Director of Labour and Training; Policy Analyst; Coordinator, Security Services; Executive Director for the Bermuda Alliance for Tourism, Aide de Camp to His Excellency the Governor. He has also worked at the Bermuda Department of Tourism, in Banking (both BNTB and Bank of Bermuda), wireless technology, information technology, formerly for the Ministry of Works and Engineering (now the Ministry of Public Works) and in real estate. Major Smith has a Masters Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and has attended numerous courses, seminars, and professional development conferences.

I would say that one particular industry cannot define my work or where my passions lie, but currently I am immersed in Blockchain, Healthcare, Emerging Tech, and Digital Assets.
